Can you freakin' believe that it's already December? I mean...c' mon! DECEMBER??? I don't have *time* for it to be December. I still have so many things to make before Christmas. Today, as I was sitting in class, listening to a student read, I was daydreaming about contracting a quarantinable (is that even a word?) rash so I would be forced to stay home but not be bedridden. Imagine all that I could get done if I had 6 solid hours of quiet time to craft.
Bah. Who am I trying to kid? I'd probably squander it by pinning all day.
The good thing about being so pressed for time is that I had to come up with a cute project that was easy to make for gifts to friends and family. Check out this awesome key chain tutorial I came across on Pinterest via The Idea Room. Amy Huntley has some incredible ideas and tutorials on her blog! I encourage you to go have a look.
Easy, easy, EASY peasy to make and it's a wonderful way to get rid of some fabric scraps. I just placed an order on Etsy for some more lobster claw clips. Hopefully they'll get here really soon. Because I'm, you know...pressed for...umm...time.

I have a slight obsession with mudrooms right now. When we renovate our home (soon, I hope) we very interested in changing our entry way so I've been scouring Pinterest for mudrooms and entryways.

Love your key ring and I totally understand you when you talk about Pinterest!! I wish I had 24 hours in a day just to create things I find on that site!! AND I love this idea of a monthly challenge!! Maybe it will actually get me to create some of the wonderful things I find!!
