I had a great time at my scrap weekend with the gang from Scrapbook Laurentides. They did an amazing job of organizing everything and the prizes were fantastic! I had a horse shoe in my pocket I think because I won A LOT of stuff. I had a wonderful time with some amazing women. Unfortunately, I had a call from my aunt that my grampa was in the hospital. He passed away peacefully on Saturday night. I had already planned a trip to Alberta for a visit this weekend so I could see him. I'm still going this weekend but now I'm going for a funeral. I'm incredibly sad but he lived a long, good life. I'll miss him very much.
This one of the many pages I made this weekend so I'll have lots to post in the next few days. I'm bringing my laptop with me so hopefully I can hook up to an internet connection somewhere along the line. I've got a surprise for you on Saturday so, hopefully, I'll be able to post. Ske-doosh.

April Wicked Challenge
I made these two cards for the April WICKED challenge over at SCS. One of them is the same card that I used for my club this month. I know, I know. Zero originality. I told you, my mojo has flown the coop. *sigh* Anyway...
So, the WICKED stamper this month is Debra Daam!!! She's a fixture over at SCS and I've always found her very helpful. Check out her blog and her gallery 'cause she rocks!
You can find the steps to make the emboss resist card on the right in this post: http://www.brandiwiggins.com/2010/03/im-featured-stamper-on-scs.html

Another club card...
This was the other card that we did at club the other night that I CASE'd from my BFF, Amy. She rocks the shiz 'cause that's how she rolls. (you can tell your kids I said that, A) Hopefully I can get inspired to make something tonight. I'm going to chain myself to my scrap table. Ske-doosh.

Club projects...I'm semi-back.
My mojo has taken a vacation. I don't know where it is or what it's doing, but it ain't at my house. Hopefully, he's got his butt planted in the sand on a beach and he's resting up to come back and work his butt off.
This is the card we did in club last night. It's a case of the card that's been on my blog for 3 weeks now. LOL! I finished prepping for club 5 minutes before they arrived. *sigh* I hate it when I'm having an inspiration breakdown. I've had a bit of stress going on lately. My grandfather hasn't been doing well so I'm heading to Alberta for a visit the first week of May. I'm excited to see everyone as I haven't been back since 2006. Wish me luck! Ske-doosh.
