The Last One

That's it. No more sister gifts. This was the last one. I modified the box that Andrea Walford made for her Tart and Tangy class to make it thinner and taller. You can find all of her amazing classes by clicking on the Demo to Demo button on the left side of my blog. The cards that I put in it were a hit with my friends so i made a few of them for my sis. Unfortunately, I measured the box to fit the cards but forgot about the envelopes. I had to kind of bend them to get them in there. I'm s-m-r-t. Gotta go get ready for my scrapweekend! We're leaving on Friday morning at 6:30 am and aren't coming home until Monday evening!!! WOOHOO!!! Ça va scrapper!!! Ske-doosh.

Here's yet another gift that I sent to my secret sister. She's got twin boys that she aptly calls the Twinadoes. I got the business card sized tins and some DVD tins on a site called Effectuality.
They were VERY reasonably priced and the shipping was super fast. If you're looking for tins in Canada, this is the place. I'm falling asleep at the keyboard...ske-doosh.

Here's one of the gifts that I sent to my secret sister, Krista. It's a wooden box that I bought for 2 bucks and then decorated. I lurve my Big Shot Daisies!!! I'll post more of the gifts i sent to her this week. This is officially a post and dash. Ske-doosh.

I registered for the SU! Convention today!!! I can't believe I'm actually going!!! I couldn't be more excited to hook up with a bunch of friends that share the same passion as me. I just know I'll come back from the experience with a deeper love for this art form. Gimme a hollah here if you are going as well. I'd love to meet some of my readers!

Secret Sister Swap stuff- take 2

I was away all weekend so I kinda got screwed up on my SSS postings. The pictures were coming up way too small to do justice to what my dear friend, Pammy sent to me. She spoiled me rotten, I tells ya. Love it!

I think these frames are my fave. They'll be going in my bedroom above my bed. We have the perfect sized wall to have three frames lined up on. The ceilings are at a 45 degree angle so it's hard to find something to hang on the short walls. Problem solved.

A BIRDHOUSE! Isn't it ADORABLE! My club ladies thought it was the cutest thing. The album is gorgeous. I'll be putting my wedding photos in to it!Phil saw the album and was wow'd as well. He's like, "Does it ever stop opening?" LOL!

The PEEPS, Pammy! THE PEEPS! Fresh and dee-lish. Not a flattering pic of me but WHO CARES!!! I love PEEPS!!! Thanks again to you, my friend. I cannot WAIT to meet you at convention!

My Bunny Gift- Day 1

First off, I apologize for the size of the photos. I took them off a web album I created before I left for my in-laws and they got reduced somehow. I'll repost them when we get home. Okay, on to the fun!

I had to open all of my gifts before I left for Québec city this week so I will start of by admitting that I already know who my bunny is. And I love her. She made me the most BEAUTIFUL things!!! I got spoiled rotten and I deserve it...LOL! My boys were more excited about these gifts than they were at Christmas! They thought they were beautifully wrapped. So much so that Logan didn't want me to open them before I took a picture.

On to the bounty! WASHINGTON APPLE-BAY-BE!!! She made me a beautiful little mini album and a tag/ stationary box. Pure go-jus-ness. I also got a lovely little top note wrapped package with Pumpkin Pie corduroy buttons in it. Would you believe that it's the ONLY pack of cord buttons I DON'T own?! I'm happy as a pig in poop, my bunny friend. Thank-you SO much for spoiling me!

Picture me drooling like Homer Simpson. Here's my card I sent in for The Control Freaks Occasions Mini swap. I haven't received mine yet but I've heard they are AWESOME. I love swapping with these ladies! Guess what? I'm scrapping for FUN on Saturday!!! No work. Just for fun! I have my friend Cynthia coming over and we're going to play all evening with no deadlines in mind. No clubs in mind. Just for fun! I can't remember the last time that happened. So I may have some good stuff to post next week. I've come to realize that blogging is VERY hard for me to do everyday. So, I've decided to do it when i can and keep it as something I WANT to do and not something I HAVE to do. Sound good?
