Wedding bells...

These are the wedding invites that I'd been working on for a while now. I've still got the pillow box treats to make but Cathy will come over and help me. My Daisies #2 die has seen a lot of action lately!!
I had a very successful Sale-a Bration and would like to thank all of my customers from the bottom of my heart. Je vous remercis mille fois pour tous que vous me faites. J'adore qu'est que je fait et vous êtes une des raison que je continue!! Merci, merci, MERCI!
They know my written french is horrible yet they still love me!! LOL! Bedtime for Brandi. I'm seriously POOPED! Ske-doosh.

Bienvenue bébé album étoile...

This is an album that I made for a friend of mine at work. She'll be giving it to her niece who's about to have a baby. the photos in it are of her niece when she was little so my friend thought it would be a nice gift to give to put in the baby's room for comparison shots. I used a pattern from a Québec scrapbook magazine called Style et Scrap. I've made this album many, many, many times and it's always a "wowzer" project. I love the colors together! It was my last two sheets of textured Purely Pomegranate...EEEP!
The laced ribbon with the jumbo eyelets was one of my smarter ideas, if I do say so myself.

I think the Family wheel will go down into SU! history as one of my all time faves. I love singling out one of the houses on the wheel with my black or brown marker and then stamping it on the paper giving just one house instead of the whole row.

My love affair with my sewing machine continues....
My downline, Julie, and I had our first crop last night and it was a success. There will be a few things to tweak here and there but overall, it was awesome. I'm sick as a dog and tired to boot so I've taken the day off from stamping today. I'd like to do the same tomorrow but my to do list is as long as my arm...have a great weekend everyone. Ske-doosh.

6x6 recipe swap

Shipping up to me here in the great white north of Canada is notoriously slow. I did a recipe swap with my buddies over at Stampin' Addicts and since they are all receiving theirs now, I thought I'd post this so you could all forgive me for being a neglectful blogger. How's that for a run on sentence? I should be getting mine soon and I can't wait! The talent abounds in this group!

Don't forget to check out my article coming out tomorrow over at The Scrap Review! I'm really looking forward to seeing what everyone thinks of it. Gotta run and prep for my club tonight! Ske-doosh.

Pascale is taking a break this week.
I'm hoping my life will calm down a bit soon but I fear there's not an end in sight for my busy schedule. Don't pity me, I love what I'm doing! I just wish there were more hours in a day! LOL! Back to work...ske-doosh!

Another CD case...

Here's a project I did with some of my clubs this month. It's the faux-silk technique on a CD case. I'm slowly but surely sucking my clients in on the Big Shot! Start small with a tag here and a flower there... LOL!

Hey, guess what?! Shelley Haganman at The Scrap Review wrote a fantastic article about the Bind-It-All today and, WHAT? there's a draw to WIN ONE!!! Go have a looky at the article and leave a comment to be entered to win!

Gotta run, I've got two sick kidlettes home with me today. When does summer start? Hey! It's the first day of spring today!!! HAPPY SPRING, EVERYONE!! Ske-doosh.

Hey there! Remember me?

I have been a failure of a blogger the last while and I apologize to you all. I'm up to my arsehole in alligators right now. Between the fam, the job, the biz...sigh. Enough excuses! On to the good stuff!
OK, so it's kind of an off color but you get the gist, right? I took this photo right on my computer desk with bad lighting just because I don't want you guys to abandon me completely!! It's late, my club just left and I'm knackered. But for YOU my loyal readers, I post. I post with love. This the reflection technique. Looks pretty cool, right?
So, I have a great new site to share with you all. It's called Stampin' Addicts and it's GREAT! Drop on by and have a chat with us! It's just starting out but it's a lot of fun. Great people, great conversation, and lots of inspiration. Hope to see you all there!
Don't forget to stop by the Scrap Review, too! Great articles and lots of giveaways. These girls are honest, great writers with a lot of info to share, not to mention some breath-taking art to share as well.
Okay, bedtime for Big B. I've got a big week but I'll try to post something...do you guys still love me? (I'm shameless, I know, but there it is.)

Late WSC #71

I tried and I tried to get this uploaded on time but Blogger kept bugging on me. Ah well. Such is life. I flipped the sketch over on it's side and came up with this. I used the new Sweet Slumber DSP as the card base and i kinda like it! I'm in the midst of trying to make a gagillion birthday cards so I don't have to worry about not having any on hand. That's why it seems like that's all I've been posting lately! LOL! I'd love to have more clever and charming things to say to you but I gots tuh get tuh werk. Ske-doosh.

Off Road Dawg...

Quick, quick, quick! I did this card for a swap with my Swapper's Anonymous Sistahs. The photo doesn't show it very well but it's paper tolled up the yin yang. There's 4 layers on this bad boy.

Go have a look at The Scrap Review! Emilie posted her first article today and it's awesome!

Whine, whine, whine.

I'm up to my eyeballs in projects right now so I have nothing to post. I keep thinking I'll get a couple of hours of stamp time to myself so I can get some stuff together to post...ugh. Maybe today. I had my hubs's laptop downstairs all week so I was able to chat with my online friends and stamp at the same time. He has to take it back to work this week. Sniff. i really need to get me a laptop! SO I'm headed down to my workshop to try and get a few things wrapped up so i can have something for you guys to look at. In the meantime, here's a few shots from a photo session I did with the chillin's to get ready for my scrap weekend retreat in April. Ske-doosh.
